We are looking for a skilled Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and according to plans and specifications, We specifically require a candidate who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction of medical facilities. (hospitals, medical centres, laboratories, etc)
This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands where housing is provided and likely includes future relocations to other Pacific island locations.
What we are looking for:
- Manage all on-site activities and personnel to ensure project completion within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with subcontractors,engineers, and suppliers
- Monitor construction progress, quality control, and safety compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Implement and enforce OSHA regulations on the construction site
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog for project tracking
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and quality control
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ensuring compliance on-site
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
