Civil Estimator - Dubai Office

 We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in cost estimation, and knowledge of construction processes and market trends.

What we are looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven at least 05 experience as a Civil Estimator or in a similar role in UAE

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Assess project risks, contingencies, and potential cost variations.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to refine estimates.
• Prepare and submit tender documents and proposals within deadlines.
• Review historical data and industry trends to improve estimation accuracy.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.
• Maintain records of estimates, budgets, and project cost data for future reference.
• Stay updated on construction costs, material prices, and industry best practices.
