Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Designing, developing, and maintaining detailed resource-loaded schedules in Primavera.

Work with project Control manager to develop detailed schedules and assists the project managers in keeping those schedules current.

Create and maintain regular project status reports, baseline maintenance and update, and metrics analysis/reporting.

Identify project schedule trends and perform analysis to mitigate delays and problems.

Updates Projects Schedules: identify all delays and methods to recover.

Prepare proposal Baseline Schedules-High Level Schedule with Narrative

Track, analyze, Update and create reports to allow analyze, evaluate and manage projects in weekly basis, Present information for internal meetings on the project

Ensure accuracy of Subcontractor project schedules and performed version control

Co-ordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports

Prepare, implement, and monitor Subcontractors Schedule, Tracking and control their Schedule, Submittals, SOA in weekly basis and follow by email to record all delays

Monitor projects' progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date (after liaising with managers and Site team to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise)

Maintain project risk register (identify, monitor & report all risks and issues) to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects and work with the project Team to ensure resolution
