Qualifications
& Skills
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in concrete works, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of concrete finishing, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete‑pouring techniques.
Key
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead concrete crews, ensuring work is performed according to plans and specifications.

Coordinate daily tasks including formwork installation, reinforcement placement, concrete pours, and finishing.

Inspect work to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.

Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for daily operations.

Work closely with site engineers, QA/QC teams, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly.
