& Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience managing construction of healthcare facility projects.
Key
Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end project activities for the construction and commissioning of a medical facility.

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Monitor daily progress and ensure quality, safety, and contractual obligations are met.

Manage procurement of medical equipment, materials, and facility-specific installations.

Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
