Site Superintendent

This position is based in Okinawa, Japan. The role requires relocation to Okinawa for the duration of the project. Candidates currently residing in Japan will be given preference.
- The project covers the complete construction of a multi-story building comprising service areas, staff facilities, corridors, control rooms, and guest accommodation floors. The scope includes all civil, architectural, structural, and MEP works

Qualifications
& Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction

10–15 years of experience in high-rise or large-scale building projects.

Strong site coordination and leadership skills.

Thorough understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and safety practices.
Key
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the work of site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.

Plan daily and weekly construction activities based on project schedule.

Ensure all works (civil, architectural, MEP) are performed per approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor site productivity, material usage, and manpower deployment.

Liaise with consultants and inspectors for inspections and approvals.

Ensure implementation of safety, quality, and environmental policies.

Review and report site progress, potential delays, and corrective measures.

Support testing, commissioning, and final handover phases.
