Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Key
Responsibilities
Ensure construction activities comply with USACE contract requirements, UFGS, drawings, and specifications.

Interpret contract documents and provide technical guidance to Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff.

Support compliance with federal regulations and applicable building codes.

Review, coordinate, and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and material data.

Manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) in coordination with designers and USACE representatives.

Identify and resolve technical conflicts between disciplines prior to construction.
