Qualifications
& Skills
Proven experience as QC Manager or similar role in construction projects

Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects preferred, ideally within the Maldives

Strong understanding of multidisciplinary construction practices

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Control Plan

Conduct inspections for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and related works

Ensure compliance with contract specifications, building codes, and industry standards

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives

Oversee testing procedures, verification, and documentation of materials and workmanship

Identify non‑conformances and implement corrective actions
