Qualifications
& Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

5–8 years’ experience as a Site QS in civil construction projects

Strong measurement and documentation skills

Good knowledge of civil drawings, specifications, and site procedures
Key
Responsibilities
Perform daily/weekly measurements of civil works at site

Perform daily/weekly measurements of civil works at site

Assist with interim payment applications and subcontractor valuations

Track and document variations, site instructions, and additional works

Verify contractor/subcontractor quantities against drawings and site progress

Maintain accurate site records and cost-related reports

Coordinate with site engineers, planning, and procurement teams

Support cost control to ensure compliance with project budgets
