Qualifications
& Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying

5–8 years’ experience in MEP QS roles (site-based preferred)

Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, specifications, and installations

Proficiency in MS Excel and QS tools/software
Key
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site measurements for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works

Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and material estimates
-
Assist with payment applications and subcontractor valuations
-
Track variations, change orders, and site instructions
-
Validate subcontractor quantities and progress
-
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
-
Coordinate with site, planning, and procurement teams

Support overall cost control and project commercial requirements
