Qualifications
& Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and financial management

5+ years of experience managing concrete batching operations, preferably with experience in remote locations

Implement quality control procedures to ensure the materials produced meet the required standards for medical facilities
Key
Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan production schedules that align with construction timelines for medical facilities.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards related to the production and use of construction materials

Oversee daily operations, coordinate between plant and construction site, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Set up the BP plant and initiate operational, safety and quality SOP's for implementation

Oversee the entire batch plant operation, ensuring compliance with production schedules and quality standards

Manage the daily operations of the batch plant to ensure efficient production of concrete or other materials
