Narrative on Experience:
The project is a D-B-B project with some D-B scope such as the fire protection system, PEB structures, paint booth, and the blast booth inside the Care and Preservation Facility (CPF). The CPF facility includes a paint bay, sandblast bay, welding bay, storage, administration space, and other support functions. Other primary facilities include plant and utility buildings, hardstand, and redundant power capability. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities (including connections), security devices, lighting, paving, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, fencing, and signage. Interior of Maintenance Areas & Corrosion Control Center has painted steel structure, walls, and ceiling.
This project is a vehicle maintenance facility designed to provide maintenance work for trucks, tanks, and similar extensive military equipment. The building has 21 universal maintenance bays, four units of a 35-ton bridge crane, and corrosion control structures.
